This is beautiful! Much too pretty to eat. Shame there's no way to preserve it. I think this would be pretty enough for the newspaper or a magazine to print!
That's cool! I just saw a story on the news about a 12 year old boy in Colorado who found a heart-shaped potato. Tomatoes, potatoes...I wonder what's next?

I placed it on top of my computer desk to take the picture. I forgot it for 2 days and it got a little over ripe.
Maybe I should have auctioned it off on ebay...:-)
